This problem is related to the fact that there is a listing of an old “known device” at your previous address. Please delete any “known devices” following these steps:
- Access the Accuware dashboard at at this link.
- Click on the Devices section.
- Click on the DELETE button next to all the known devices.
- Logout and press CTRL+F5
- Login again.
The map should be now focused on the new address.
